Baked garlic parmesan potatoes


°3-4 yeast potatoes, cut into wedges
°4 teaspoons olive oil
° 2 tons of salt
°2 tons of garlic powder
° 2 Italian seasoning
° c grated parmesan cheese
+ Optional: fresh ranch parsley (or cilantro) or blue cheese sauce for dipping


Preheat oven to 375. greased and spread baking sheet
Put the potato slices in a bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and stir well. In a bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle potato wedges with cheese, stir to coat, and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
Lay the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, skin-side down. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, sprinkling with fresh chopped parsley and sauce for dipping.
