*Low-Carb Crack Slaw*





* Ingredients :

°2 pounds. beef or turkey
°2 bag coleslaw mix
°4 green onions, chop
°3 tsp mince garlic
°3 tsp of soy sauce
°2 tsp sesame oil
°2 tsp red pepper flakes
°2 tso ground ginger
*Optional, adding a pack of Splenda

*Instructions:

Cooking ground meat in skillet as you would.
In separate pan, putting sesame oil, soy sauce, chop green onion & garlic and sauté to soft. I & added cabbage (coleslaw mix), crush red pepper & ground ginger also cooked to almost tender, it still had  slight crunch which I prefere to super cabbage. 
Time that was done I drain excess fat from meat & added it to pot with rest the ingredients also stirred. I added a little more soy sauce for taste but not much. Turned out awesome.
