*Crockpot Cream Cheese Chili *


°2 chicken breasts
°8 ounces cream cheese
°15 oz can black beans, drain & rinse
°15 ounces whole corn with liquid
°1 can rutile tomatoes with green peppers, undrained
°1 kilo ranch sauce
°1 teaspoon onion powder
°1 tablespoon hot pepper powder
°1 teaspoon cumin


The first step:
Strain and rinse the black bean
Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot
The second step:
Add the drained corn, rutile tomatoes, green peppers, and black beans over the chicken
Sprinkle with spices and ranch sauce mixture
Stir to combine everything
Third step:
Put the cream cheese on top, put the lid on and simmer for 6 to 8 hours
When the cooking time is up, pull the chicken out and slice both chicken breasts.
The fourth step:
Add the chicken back to the crock pot
Stir together so they all mix together
Fifth step:
It can be served with cornbread, cornflakes or tortillas. It can also be served plain.
Sprinkle with parsley, mashed cornflakes, or tortilla chips as garnish. Put a little sour cream on top if desired.
