**CrockPot Breakfast Casserole 🥘

Wake up to a delicious prepared breakfast!


°1 bag of 26 oz. frozen hash browns
°12 eggs
°1 cup milk
°1 tablespoon ground mustard
°1 16 oz. sausage roll
°maple, sage or regular sausage.
°Salt and pepper
°16 oz. bag of grated cheddar cheese


Spraying slow cooker and equally distribute hash browns on bottom.
Crack 12 eggs to a bowl.
Mixing well (and slowly) with whisk.
Adding milk.
Go ahead & sprinkling with ground mustard. It may seem like a weird ingredient, but I've come to love it (and use it) in most of my recipes.
Add lots of salt...
...and lots of fresh pepper. Mix well and set aside. 
Cooking sausage over high heat, drain & set apart.
Adding sausage to hash browns.
Is that cheese? Maybe? Most likely. Throw in whole big bag.
Mixing well. Or good, depend on where you're from.
Pour egg mix over everything in slow cooker. Use a wooden spoon, level so that it is equally distributed.
Turning slow cooker on low for 6-8 h.
