CROCKPOT BEEFY POTATO TACO CASSEROLE




*Ingredients:

°1 lb ground beef
°2 minced garlic cloves
°1 oz packet taco seasoning
°10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
°4 cups sliced ​​potatoes
°2 cups grated cheddar cheese
°1 cup beef broth

*Instructions:

Brown your minced beef with garlic and drain it
Place your potato slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker
Spread your ground beef evenly over your potatoes
Sprinkle your taco seasoning over everything
Pour your soup evenly over the top
Sprinkle your cheese evenly on top of everything
Gently pour your beef broth evenly around your slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-2.5 hours
If desired and using an ovenproof pot, place in the broiler on high for about 90 seconds to brown the cheese on top
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
