Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas😍😋😍


°2 c pre-cooked roast chicken
°8 oz of cream cheese
°1/2 c sour cream
°1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
°1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
°1/2 teaspoon cumin
°1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
°4 oz of green chilie
°10 tortillas
°20 ounces red or green enchilada sauce

* Methods 

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Bone chicken also shred chicken to pieces, if you don't have roast chicken you can use 3-4 cook chicken breasts.In a large skillet, combine chicken, cream cheese cubes, sour cream, chiles, chopped onion, seasonings and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Heat to cheeses are melted.
Spraying baking dish with cook spray. Spoon a tsp of chicken mix on tortilla, roll it up, also placing it in pan seam side down.
Repeat to all the fill is used. Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
Sprinkling rest cheese on enchiladas and bake at 350 uncovered for 20-25 min.
