*Cheesesteak-Eggrolls* 😍


°1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped
°1 package (12.5 ounces) frozen sandwich steak meat
°1 package (14 oz) spring roll wrappers
°4 tranches American cheese
°2 c oil for frying, or as needed
°1/4 c ketchup

* Methods 

Heat the skillet with the tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Adding onion; cook and stirting until onion is translucent, for 5 minutes.Break pieces of frozen stove steak; Removing from heat and set apart.Lay the rolled egg sheets on a flat surface; place half a slice of cheese on each.Spread an equal amount of steak mixture on each slice of cheese.Roll the spring rolls according to the instructions on the package and seal the edges by wetting them with water if necessary.
Heat 1 inch of oil in  skillet or preheat a deep fryer to 375 degrees F
Frying rolls in hot oil to golden brown on all sides, for 5 min. Removing; Drain on paper towels. Serving hot with ketchup for dip.
