*Ingredients:
°1 box of Strawberry Cake Mix, (I use Betty Crocker)
°⅓ cup oil
°2 eggs
°½ to 2 tablespoons of milk
°1 cup icing sugar
*Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
In an 8 or 9 inch square pan, place parchment paper in the bottom, then spray with cooking spray.
SECOND STEP:
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine cake mix, eggs and oil
Spreading batter to prepared pan. Make sure it is evenly distributed
THIRD STEP:
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool
FOURTH STEP:
Meanwhile, mix the milk and icing sugar to make a glaze.
Use only the amount of milk needed to achieve the desired consistency.
FIFTH STEP:
Remove the brownies from the pan using the parchment paper to lift them. Arrange on a plate
Pour the frosting mixture over the brownies, spreading it all the way to the edges so it runs down the edges.
STEP SIX:
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them to squares.
