*ingredients :
2 boxes Jiffy Blueberry Muffin blend
4 oz. cream cheese
1 stick Butter”
½ C. brown sugar, firmly pack
2 egg
1 ½ C.chocolate chocolate chip
*How to make it :
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Cream together butter, cream cheese, also brown sugar. Adding eggs one at a time to blended. Blend muffin mix with the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips. Chilling for at least one hour. Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Baking for 14-15 minutes or until just turning brown round the edges. Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack until completely cooled.
