*Beef Stew*


°1 lb beef meat stew
°2 tsp all-purpose flour
°1 carrot
°1 potato
°1 clove garlic
°1/2 onion
°1 bay leaf dried
°3 spring or tym
°1 spring rosemary
°1 tsp tomato paste
°1 tsp beef better than broth
°2 tbsp red wine 
°1/2 c frozen green peas
°2 c beef broth 

* Methods :

In a deep pan, add 1 tbsp of oil to heat, then add 2 tbsp of flour to the beef coat, then brown remove it from the pan.
carrots, onion, garlic & diced potatoes cooking about 3 min.
Then adding:
Red wine tomato paste, bay leaf, thyme, a black pepper, a tsp of beef flavor better than broth & rosemary cooking other 5 minutes.
Then adding beef broth & simmer on medium heat for 2½ h.
After 2.5 hours, add the green peas to cook for another 5 minutes, your cooking is complete.
