Apple donut cake


Ingredients

* Cake
* 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
* ¼ tsp salt
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 6 apples of your choice, peeled and cored, then diced
* 3 cups flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 ½ cups of milk
* 2 eggs
* ½ cup melted butter
* Trim
* 1 cup of butter
* 2 tablespoons of flour
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
*Icing
* 2 cups powdered sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 5 tablespoons of milk
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
In a large bowl, combine the cinnamon, salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, milk and eggs. Mix well, then add half the diced apples and mix well
SECOND STEP:
Using the low speed of the electric mixer, slowly pour the melted butter into the batter while continuing to mix.
Grease a 9x13 pan
THIRD STEP:
For the dough in the pan
Sprinkle some of the remaining apple pieces on top of the dough
FOURTH STEP:
In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling and mix well
Drop balls of this thick mixture on the dough
FIFTH STEP:
Take a butter knife and run it through the thick batter and cake to give a marbled effect.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
STEP SIX:
When the cake has completely cooled, drizzle the entire top with the frosting mixture.
Then hide the cake so no one else knows it's there, you can have it all to yourself!
