°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°2 cups granulated sugar
°2 large eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°20 oz crushed pineapple
°1/2 cup salted butter

°2/3 cup evaporated milk
°1 cup granulated sugar
°1 cup chopped pecans
°1 c sweetened coconut flakes

*Methods :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees also greased 9×13″ baking dish with butter
In  bowl, blend your flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla also pineapple
Pour into your pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown
Making several holes in the cake with handle of wooden spoon
In  saucepan, heat your butter, sugar, evaporated milk also vanilla to boiling
Add your pecans and coconut and continue cooking for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly
Spoon your topping evenly over your cake, sliced
