Make sure to chop the cabbage and carrots into very thin pieces (a little bigger than rice)
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, milk, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Beat until smooth
Add cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit overnight it is best to serve 10 to 12
