*INGREDIENTS
°1 box German cake chocolate blend
°1/3 c oil
°3 eggs
°1 and 1/3 cup water
°2/3 c coconut
°2/3 c chocolate chips
°1/2 c chopped pecans
°1/2 c butter
°8 oz cream cheese
°1 pound powder sugar (3 and 3/4 cups)
*Methods
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Greased 9 * 13 inch pan.
Sprinkling coconut, chocolate chips also pecans in bottom pan.
Mixing German chocolate cake mix with oil, eggs also water.
Pour cake mix on coconut/chocolate chip/pecan layer.
In saucepan, melting butter and cream cheese.
Beat 1 pound powder sugar until smooth in butter/cream cheese.
Spreading this mix over unbaked German chocolate cake in pan and swirl it to the cake mix using a knife.
Bake for 35-45 mn
