Corn Fritters


°1 can kernel corn
°2 egg
°Salt also pepper to taste
°1/2 c flour
°1 t baking powder
°1/2 cheese
°1 knob butter
°2 tsp oil

* Methods :

 Drain corn & discard liquid.
Putting eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl & beat.
Adding lour and baking powder, whisk to smooth.
Adding corn also cheese.
Placing butter also oil in skillet, heat to bubbly on medium heat.
Dropping corn mixture by spoonfuls to skillet.
When golden, flip & cooking other side.
Drain on paper towel also serving.
