Bread pudding with vanilla sauce



*Ingredients

+PUDDING
°1 loaf (1 pound) (4 cups) French bread, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
°1/2 cup raisins
°2 cups of milk
°1/4 cup Land O Lakes®️ Butter
°1/2 cup sugar
°2 large Land O Lakes®️ eggs, lightly beaten
°1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
°1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
+SAUCE
°1/2 cup Land O Lakes®️ Butter
°1/2 cup sugar
°1/2 c firmly pack brown sugar
°1/2 cup Land O Lakes®️ heavy whipping cream
°1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

*How to do

1. STEP 1 Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart saucepan; put aside.
2. STEP 2Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted.
3. STEP 3 Combine toast cubes and raisins in prepared casserole; put aside.
4. STEP 4 Combine milk and 1/4 cup butter in a 1 liter saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 7 minutes or until the butter is melted. Cool slightly.
5. STEP 5 Combine all remaining pudding ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add milk mixture; mix well
