*Ingredients :

°1 can (11 oz) creamed corn
°1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
°1/2 c yellow cornmeal
°1/2 c all-purpose flour
°1 egg white
°2 tsp of milk
°salt / pepper to taste
°3 c vegetable oil for fry

*Directions :
In a medium bowl, combine creamed corn and dried whole kernel corn. Line  baking sheet with foil also coat with vegetable oil . Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto corn husk and freeze to firm, about 3 hours.Heat one inch of oil to 350 degrees F in a large, deep skillet or fill a deep fryer with oil according to the manufacturer's instructions. blend cornmeal, flour, egg white, milk, salt also pepper in  bowl. Dipping frozen corn nuggets in batter & fry in hot oil until golden brown. Removing to paper towels to drain.
