*Steaks Cube with Sauce*



*Ingredients

° 1 envelope Jus mix
° 1 can onion soup
° 1 box cream chicken
° ½ c hot water
° 1 ½ to 2 pounds cubed steak
+ To thicken for sauce:
° 2 tablespoons cornstarch
° 2 tablespoons cold water

*Methods 

FIRST STEP:
In your slow cooker, combine the onion soup mix, cream of chicken, Au Jus mix and water.
Stir to combine
SECOND STEP:
Place the cubed steak in the slow cooker with the liquid mixture
Covering & cook over low heat for 6 to 8 h
THIRD STEP:
When the time is up, you need to thicken the sauce
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water, mix well and add to slow cooker
FOURTH STEP:
Stirring to combine all ingredients
Replace the lid and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
FIFTH STEP:
Serve over potatoes, rice or cookies
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top and serving.
