* Meatloaf*


°1 lb 90% lean ground beef
°1 cup dried breadcrumbs
°1/2 cup diced yellow onion
°1/2 cup of milk
°1 large beaten egg
°2 tbsp. ketchup
°1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
°1 C.  parsley leaves
°3/4 t. salt
°1/2 t. garlic powder
°1/4 t. ground black pepper
+For garnish :
°1/4 cup ketchup
°2 tbsp. pack brown sugar
°1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar


Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, add beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, 2 tbsp ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Use your hands to mash and mix these ingredients until well combined.*
Adding meat mix to a loaf pan. Spread the meat in an even layer.
In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Stir to combine. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf and spread it in an even layer.
Baking un-covered for 55 min.
Letting meatloaf rest for 8-10 minutes before serving (or it may fall apart).
