*Cream Corn Like No Other*


°2 packages (10 ounces) frozen corn kernels, thawed
°1 cup heavy cream
°1 teaspoon of salt
°2 tsp sugar
°1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
°2 tablespoons of butter
°1 cup whole milk
°2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
°1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese


In a skillet over medium heat, combine corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter. Whisk together milk and flour and stir into corn mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and corn is cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan until melted. Serve hot.
