°4 (1/2 pound) beef steaks
°2 c flour
°2 t of yeast
°1 t baking soda
°1 t black pepper
°3/4 t salt
°1 1/2 c buttermilk
°1 egg
°1 tbsp pepper sauce (e.g.  
°2 garlic
°2. 5 cups canola oil for fry

* Methods :

Beating steak to for 1/4 inch thick.
Putting 2 c flour in  shallow bowl.
Mixing baking powder, baking soda, pepper also salt in separate shallow bowl; stir in buttermilk, egg, Tabasco sauce & garlic.
Dipping every steak first in flour, & in batter, & again in flour.
Pat flour on surface of every steak so that they are coated with dried flour.
Heat oil in  deep cast iron skillet to 325 degrees F 
Frying steaks to browned, 3 to 5 min per side.
Placing fried steaks on  plate with paper to drain.
Serving with sauce your choice.
