*Carrot Cake Ever*


°6 c grated carrots
°1 c brown sugar
°1 c raisins
° 4 eggs
°1 12 c white sugar
°1 cup vegetable oil
°2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
°1 cup pineapple, drained
° three cups of flour
°1 half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
°1 teaspoon of salt
° four teaspoons of cinnamon
°1 cup chopped walnuts

*Directions :

In  bowl, mixing the grated carrots & brown sugar. Leave to rest for 60 minutes then return with the raisins.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and grease 10 inch cake pans.
In a bowl, beat the eggs until light. Gradually whisk together the white sugar, oil and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, and stir until the wet combination is absorbed. Finally upload the combination of carrots and nuts. Pour frivolously into organized pans.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in the preheated oven, until cake tests done with a toothpick. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan. When completely cooled, frost with cheese frosting.
