°4 cups cold mashed potatoes
°5 slices of bacon
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 t of salt
°1/2 t black pepper
°2 egg well beaten
°1/2 c cheese


 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.
Removing bacon slices, crumble also set apart. Leave bacon grease in  skillet.
Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl;
stir in crumbled bacon and Cheddar cheese.
Shape mix to 8 patties.
Heat bacon grease over medium heat, sautΓ© patties in grease until crisp on each side, about 4 min per side
