Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole


°2 pounds minced meat
°2 cloves minced garlic
°½ teaspoon onion powder
°1 pound cook bacon, cut to pieces
°8 egg
°1 c whipping cream
°Half a tsp of salt
°Half tsp black pepper
°1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided


Preheat oven 350°F (175°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cooking & stirring beef with garlic also onion powder to brown & crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain & get rid of grease.
Spread the beef in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch saucepan. Stir in bacon pieces.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended. Stirring in 8 oz cheddar cheese.
Pour egg mixture on beef and bacon. Top with 4 oz of cheese.
Baking in preheated oven to golden brown, 30 to 35 min.
