°900 grams of small golden potatoes, large dice
°A bowl with a capacity of 1/4 liter containing ( 1-inch-thick ) yellow onion slices
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing melted butter
°1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
°1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat grill to 400 F.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes and onions. Mix to coat well.
Pour mix into an aluminum grill pan also placing on the grill.
Bake the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
