Baked Fried Chicken




*Ingredients

°three-four hen breasts approximately 1lb, reduce into strips (I get approximately three on one breast)
°four-five tablespoons melted butter
°3/4 cup flour
°half cup panko breadcrumbs
°half teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon seasoning salt I use Lawry's
°half tsp pepper
°2 teaspoons of paprika

*Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place a huge piece of parchment paper at the rimmed baking sheet (10x15x1″) and brush it with butter (there could be a bit greater butter, however you'll want it to crisp the coating !)

Combine all substances plus hen and butter in a huge paper or ziploc bag. Add the hen and shake to coat.
OPTIONAL: For greater crispiness, make a double layer - really dip the covered hen in a bit buttermilk and coat it once more withinside the flour mixture. You might want extra coating blend for this step
