*ingredients:
°6 oz. can salmon skin/boneless
°2 T. Onion cut to cubes
°Good pinch salt / pepper
°1 egg
°1 T. Butter
°2 t. corn flour
°4 t. flour
°vegetarian. fry oil
*how to making it :
In bowl, blend salmon, onion, salt & pepper. Adding eggs, milk, cornmeal & flour. Blend well. Heat for 1/4 of the oil in bottom. The size an iron skillet . Drop spoonfuls of salmon mixture to the hot oil & flatten slightly. Frying in batches for about 1 min per side Lay it out on a paper bag or plate lined with a paper towel. Makes 10 pancakes.
