Sour-Cream-Chicken-Enchilada


*Ingredients:

°four cups diced cooked chicken
°1 can cream of chicken
°eight oz. (1 cup) sour cream
°2/three cup milk
°1 (four oz) diced chilies
°2 tbsp. dried chopped onion
°1 C. garlic powder
°Pepper to taste
°12 corn tortillas
°2-3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

* Methods :

Spraying 13×nine dish with cook spray. Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a massive bowl, combine soup, bitter cream, milk, chiles, onion, garlic and pepper. Line backside 13×nine with 6 tortillas. Sprinkle with three cups hen and pour 1/2 sauce over top and spread to cover. Sprinkle with 1\/2 the cheese. Repeat. Bake for 30 to forty mins or till warm and bubbling. Let stand 10 to fifteen mins earlier than serving.
