+For the cake
°1 box of yellow cake mix (15.25 oz);
°1 box instant lemon pudding blend (3.4 oz);
°3/4 cup of water;
°3/4 cup of oil;
°4 eggs
+For the dipping syrup
°2 cups of powdered sugar;
°1/3 cup lemon juice;
°2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted;
°2 tablespoons of water.


Preheat oven to 350°F. Greased 9x13 pan.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl, using an electric mixer. Add cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil and mix until well blended.
Pour cake batter to a cake tin. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. While the cake is baking, you can prepare a syrup.
To make the dipping syrup: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, water and powdered sugar.
When the cake is done, poke holes all over the cake with a skewer (or fork), then pour the dipping syrup over the hot cake. Let cool in a saucepan before serving.
