*INGREDIENTS:
°2 cups flour
°1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon baking soda
°2 tablespoons of sugar
°1/2 cup butter
°3/4 cup buttermilk
Don't have buttermilk? No problem, just add 1 or 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the milk.
*INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the dry ingredients. Cut the butter, add the milk and knead into a soft dough. Do not knead too much! Pat into an ungreased 6×6 pan. I use a pie pan myself so you can use anything. Cut into serving size portions before cooking. Bake at 400′ for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
