°1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless pork chops, thinly sliced
°1 cup milk
°1 large egg
°1 cup self-rising flour
°1 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 tsp garlic powder
°1 1/2 tsp chicken
°3/4 tsp pepper-black
°oil for fry 

* Directions:

Step 1: Washing pork chops & use paper towels to pat them dry.
Step 2: Flatten each pork chop on all sides with a meat mallet.
Step 3: In small mixing bowl, adding milk and egg. Whisk to well blended.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add chicken flavor base, seasonings and flour. Stir until well blended.
Step 5: Coat each pork chop with flour mixture.
Step 6: Dip every coated pork chop in milk mix, then returning to flour mixture.
Step 7: Placing skillet on the stove & turning heat .
Step 8: Add oil and let it get hot.
Step 9: Add pork chops and cook each side for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 10: Place pork chops on a clean plate.
