Cowboy-cornbread-casserole



*INGREDIENTS

° 2 pounds ground meat
° 2 can Rotel tomato
° 1 can of ranch-style beans, or a can of seasoned pinto beans, or your favorite chili beans
° 2 pack of Mexican-style cornbread or your favourite cornbread mix
° 1 can creamed corn
° 1 cup grated cheese of your choice

* Methods :

STEP 1
Brown and season 2 pounds of ground meat. Drain & add 2 can drained Rotel tomatoes & one can Ranch-style beans. Simmer 10 min. Blend 2 pack of Mexican-style cornbread according to methods , or your favourite cornbread mix.
Add a can of creamed corn to the cornbread mixture, stir in shredded cheese of your choice and stir. Pour half of your cornbread mixture into the bottom of the pan, pour in the meat mixture, top with shredded cheese, pour the rest of the cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350°F. until cornbread is cooked.
