Bagel Lunch Slides


*INGREDIENTS

°Cooking spray, for stove
°8 eggs
°1/4 tsp. Milk
°8 slices of bacon
°salt
°Freshly ground black pepper
°2 tbsp. finely chives
°10 mini bagel
°4 tbsp. cream cheese
°1 1/2 tsp. grated cheddar cheese
°3 tbsp. melted butter
°2 tbsp. dried onion
°2 tbsp. granulated garlic
°2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
°2 tbsp. poppy seeds

*DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350° & grease  baking dish with cook spray. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk until light and fluffy. Put aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the slices from the mold to drain them on absorbent paper. Pour in most of the bacon fat, but leave about 1 tbsp in the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, then immediately reduce the heat to medium-low. Stirring with a spatula  When the eggs are almost cooked, season with salt and pepper and add the chives. Remove from fire.
Spread the cream cheese over the bottom halves of the bagels, then place them in a greased baking dish, side by side. Spreading egg mix on bagels, & crumble cook bacon on top. Sprinkling with cheddar & adding bagel tops. Brush tops of bagels with melted butter and sprinkle with dried onion, granulated garlic, sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
Bake until bagels are toasted and cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
