Roast Carrots, Potatoes & Onions

*ingredients :

°5 golden potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
°1 large onion cut into cubes
°5 carrots, peeled and chopped
°Half a cup of olive oil
°⅓ 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
°¼ teaspoon pepper, or to taste


Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Lay a parchment paper on a folded baking tray.
Put the potatoes, onions and carrots on the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Use your hands to make sure the vegetables are evenly coated in the oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Seasoning with more salt & pepper to flavor.
