Pineapple dream

* ingredients:

°2 1/2 c graham cracker 2 sleeves
°1/2 c un-salted butter
°2 c sift powdersugar
°1/2 cup soft unsalted butter
°4 ounces soft cream cheese
°8 oz fat-free cold whisk
° 20 oz crush pineapple, well drain

* Methods :

Heat the oven to 300 degrees F .
Melting butter in microwave and let to cool. Combine crumbs also butter & stirring to combined. Press 2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly into a 9×9 skillet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool.

Beating cream cheese & butter jointly To creamy. Stir the mixer over low heat and add the icing sugar one cup at a time until combined. Bring up and beat well for a minute . 

Add 1 tablespoon full of drained pineapple and stir with a rubber spatula. Spread the cheese and pineapple mixture over the crust.

Combine remaining pineapple in Cool Whip and brush over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
