Mexican Taco Lasagna


°12-13 soft flour 6-inch tortilla
°2 lbs. minced meat
°2 packets taco seasoning
°2 c tomatoes cut into cubes
°1 c red onion cut into cubes
°1/2 c green onion cutting to cubes
°1/4 c jalapeno, chop optional
°Kosher salt to taste
°2 c heavy whip cream
°1/2 butter
°3 cups taco cheese or shredded Mexican-style cheese
°1.5 tsp Cajun seasoning
°Sour cream appetizer
°green onion cubes for decorate

*Methods :

Heat oven to 350 degrees F 
In a deep cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Make sure to break it into small pieces while cooking and stir frequently.
Pour off the excess grease before adding the other ingredients
Once the ground beef is cooked, add the taco seasoning and tomatoes
Place half of the tortillas in a 9" x 13" baking dish
Spoon the ground beef mixture over the tortilla
Cover with the remaining chips and spread the sauce over the top tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes, or until cheese melts and bubbles form.
