Lasagna recipe



Lasagna is a classic of Italian cuisine and is easy to prepare. It pairs perfectly with homemade bolognese sauce or béchamel sauce because it goes well with meats such as chicken or beef, but also with vegetables. There are a thousand and one way to prepare it, it goes well with salmon or cold cuts such as pork, but also with vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini or spinach. It's a matter of taste of yours.

* ingredients :

+To prepare the lasagna
°20 sheets of lasagna
°125gm grated Gruyere cheese IGP
+To prepare the bolognese sauce
°500 grams minced meat
°400 gm peeled and mashed tomatoes
°3 onions
°8 cl olive oil
°chopped parsley
+To prepare the bechamel sauce
°50 cl of milk
°40 grams butter
°30 grams of flour
°Salt or fine salt
°pepper
°coconut pulp

+Preparing the lasagna:

Pre-cook the lasagna strips in boiling water for 1 minute, cooking them two at a time.
Lay out paper towels.

Prepared bolognese sauce
Fry chop onions in olive oil about 5 min. Then add the minced meat and brown. for 4 minutes, to color it. Adding tomato pulp, salt also pepper & simmer for 10 min.

+Prepare the bechamel sauce:
Melting butter in a saucepan on a low heat. Adding flour & heat, stir, until mixture becomes honeycomb shape.
Add cold milk little by little while mixing.
Stirring constantly to sauce thickens.

Preparing lasagna
Preheat oven 210°C or 7.
In each individual dish (or a large group dish), now just swap in a little béchamel sauce, a layer lasagna, a layer bolognese sauce,  layer of béchamel,  layer of lasagna, etc.  We finished with the bechamel sauce & covering with grated cheese.
Baking for 20 min to béchamel color is golden brown.
