Grandma's Chocolate Pie


°1 package of French shortbread preparations

°200 gm chocolate pastry
°20 cl of liquid cream

I preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a salad bowl, I pour a sachet of preparation, then add water and melted butter. Add 40 g of sugar. I mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon and finish with my hand to get a homogeneous ball of dough. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then place it directly on the pie pan. I prick the bottom with a fork. I put parchment paper on the dough, pour cereal or rice. Bake for 30 minutes until dough is set, watching for cooking.

I prepare the chocolate: In a bowl, I chop the chocolate into pieces. Pour the cream into a saucepan and boil it. Pour the cream over the chocolate, waiting two minutes before mixing to get the ganache. I pour the ganache over the cooked pie crust and put the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
