°3 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
°1/2 cup chopped celery
°1/2 cup chopped onion
°1 cube chicken broth
°1 cup water
°1 teaspoon dried parsley
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°pinch of ground black pepper
° 2 tsp flour
°1 1/2 c milk
°1 1/2 cups grated American cheese
°1 cup minced pork

*Directions :

In a large saucepan, add potatoes, celery, onions, chicken broth, water, and parsley flakes. Seasoning with salt % pepper & simmer to vegetables are tender.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and milk. Once well mixed, add to the soup mixture and cook until the soup is thick.
Add the cooked cheese or hamburger and simmer until the cheese melts.
