fruit salad




This dish is a wonderful and nutritious dish, fresh, fast and amazing!!

* Ingredients :

°Red-strawberry, without any dark spot.
°Pineapple, you have to choose  with sweet pineapple smell!!
°Fresh berries.
°Red grapes
°Kiwi I prefer using a medium sized kiwi as it tastes sweeter.
°Cute mandarin orange.
°Optional banana!!
°The lemon juice harmonizes the flavor of the fruit salad, and keeps the colors shiny!!

* How to prepare:

Step 1:
The first thing I started with, was chopping all the fruit into small pieces, except for the blueberries.
Step 2:
Next, I mixed them all in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3:
In  mixing bowl, I grate peel of a large lemon, squeeze juice, & adding brown sugar, mixing well until sugar dissolves.
The fourth step:
Then I poured this mixture over the chopped fruits, and stirred them up with my wooden spoon.
