EAT PHILLY CHEESESTEAK CHEESY BREAD

°1 tablespoon canola oil
°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°22 tablespoons butter
°1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
°1 medium sized onion, sliced
°4 ounces sliced ​​mushrooms
° loaf French bread, sliced ​
°¼ C mayonnaise
°10-12 slices of provolone cheese

* Instructions
 
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Add salt and pepper to the ribs steak.
In a large cast iron skillet, add oil and heat to medium heat. Add steak and sear each side for 2 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and my heart with the meat. Take it out of the skillet.
Add butter, sweet pepper, onion and mushrooms to the skillet, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for two minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the bread.
Layer with sliced ​​provolone cheese.
Add steaks and vegetables.
Put a layer of the remaining cheese.
Cook for 10-15 minutes on the middle rack, until browned.
Cut into 2-inch-thick slices and serve immediately.
