Cinnamon rolls



* ingredients :

+bread :
°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 tablespoon of baking yeast
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1/2 cup sugar
°1 egg at room temperature
°1 cup milk
°2 tsp vanilla extract
°1/3 c plain Greek yogurt or freshly cream
+whirlpool:
°1/3 c sugar
°2 tsp cinnamon
°2 tsp butter, melted and cooled (water can be use instead)
+glass :
°1/2 c powder sugar
°2 to 3 teaspoons cream or milk (depending on consistency)

* instructions :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter or spray a glass baking pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Sit aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and yogurt or cream. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring with a spoon until well combined. Pour into the prepared baking tray.
In a small bowl, mix together Swirl ingredients. Place a teaspoon on top of the bread, then use the knife to move it two or three times into the dough. (Do not get overly confused.)
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is tested with a toothpick.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes in the skillet on a wire rack. Removing bread to pan & cool totally on rack.
Make the icing by whisking the ingredients in a small bowl until smooth, adding a dollop of milk at a time until you get a good chutney. When the bread has completely cooled, icing is poured over it.
