CARROT CAKES




*ingredients:

°4 cups shredded carrots
°1 cup raisin
°2 eggs
°1 cup white sugar
°1 cup vegetable oil
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 cup crush pineapple
°2 cups flour
°1 tsp baking soda
°1 tsp salt
°2 tsp ground cinnamon
°1 cup chop walnuts

* Methods :

Step 1: Combine shredded carrots and brown sugar in a medium bowl,
For 50 minutes, add raisins.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees using a greased tray.
Step 3: In  bowl, mixing the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, & vanilla
My heart is pineapple. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and gently fold in the carrot-walnut mixture
Step 4: Baking for 45 to 55 min, then removing from oven and set apart to cool.
