BROCCOLI CHEDDAR STUFFED CHICKEN

 




* ingredients :

°3 chicken breasts
°Salt // Pepper
°1 & a half tsp garlic powder
°1/4 tsp paprika
°1 C broccoli, cutting 
°1/3 C red bell pepper
°1 cup (250 ml) cheddar cheese
°1 tsp mayonnaise
°2 tsp olive oil
 
* Preparation :

Preheat oven 425°F (218°C).
Seasoning both sides chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika & ½ tsp garlic powder.
Use a knife and cutting chicken breast in half, but not all way to the end to making pocket.
In a bowl, mixing rest of the ingredients (except the oil).
Insert blend to chicken breasts also using  toothpick to hold it in place.
In a saucepan, add olive oil and heat over high heat on the stove ring. Sear chicken on both side.
Cover with tin foil and send to the oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until the chicken has reached a temperature of 165 degrees F.
Let it stand 5 minutes and eat.
