The Best Banana Cake – “In The World”

*Ingredients :

1⅓ cup mashed banana

2½ tablespoons divided lemon juice

1½ cups milk

3 cups flour

Half a tablespoon of baking soda

Half a teaspoon of salt

Half a cup of soft butter

1 cup white sugar

Half a cup of brown sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla


8 ounces cream cheese

Half a cup of soft butter

3 - 3.5 cups icing sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1½ teaspoons lemon peel (from 1 lemon)

* Methods : 

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Fat also flour a 9×13 skillet.

Put 1½4 tablespoons of lemon juice into a measuring cup. Above 1½ cups milk. Sit aside.

Mix mash bananas with 1 tsp of lemon juice, and set apart .

Whisk the butter, brown and white sugar together until blended. Add eggs one by one

and vanilla. Blend until light and fluffy (approximately a decorative texture).

Mix flour, baking soda, also salt in  bowl. Adding flour mix alternately

Mix milk and eggs, stirring until homogeneous. (Do not get overly confused.) fold in

banana. Pour into a prepared frying pan.

Put it in the oven and reduce the heat to 300 degrees. Bake 60-70 minutes (see note

below) or until a toothpick is inserted in the middle and comes out clean (don't over-bake).
Taking it out of oven also cool it completely.


Beat butter and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add lemon peel and juice. Add

Powder sugar a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Spread on a cooled cake.
