*Ingredients:
°1 pound-ground-beef lean
°2 egg, beat with 1/2 C milk
°1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
°1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
°1 small onion chopped
°2 cloves minced garlic
°1/2 teaspoon oregano
°1 teaspoon salt
°Freshly ground pepper to taste
°1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
* Methods :
Mix all ingredients by hand.
Forme meatballs size of golf ball.
Baking at 350 degrees about 30 min .
