*Ingredients :

°2–2 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and cut into 2 1/2 inches (see note)
°1 pound-yellow potatoe, cut to quarters
°3 tsp olive oil
°Salt & pepper to flavor (I use about 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
°1 tsp mince garlic
°1 tsp onion powder
°1 tsp dried thyme
°1 tsp dried parsley
°°1 tsp dried thyme
°Thyme or fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Methods :

In a large bowl, combine steaks, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and spices, and stir until combined.
Divide steaks and potatoes among four 12 by 12-inch sheets, then wrap tin foil tightly around the contents to form aluminum foil packages. Grill over high heat for about 10 minutes on each side or until steaks and potatoes are cooked through or bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (see note).
Decorate with freshly thyme or parsley & serving directly .

Enjoy !
