The Latest & Greatest Method To Making Mouth-Watering Meatloaf

° 1 pound lean-ground-beef
° 1 garlic clove, chopped
° 3 tablespoons minced onion
° Two slices of potato bread
° 1/4 cup MacArthur milk
° 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
° 1 teaspoon minced fresh sage
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
° 1/8 teaspoon pepper
° 1 large Eggland
° 1/3 cup Heinz ketchup

Preheat oven 350 degrees F . In a large bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, and onions.
Cut the bread into small pieces and add to the beef mixture.
Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, sage, salt, mustard, pepper and eggs to beef mixture. Mix until well combined, then place the beef mixture on an ungreased baking sheet. Shape into an 8-by-4-inch loaf in the skillet, then spread the ketchup on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes until meat and juices are no longer pink or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 160°F and the center of the loaf is no longer pink.  Let the loaf sit for 5 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and cut into slices.
