Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers



Ground beef lovers, this Stuffed Peppers recipe that can be made in just 30 minutes promises to reinvent your weeknight dinner!

* Ingredients :

° 2 red peppers
° 2 yellow peppers
° 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
° 450g (1lb) lean ground beef
° 375 ml marinara sauce
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) taco seasoning
° 375 ml (1 1/2 c) cook rice
° 2 cups (500 ml) shredded Tex-Mex cheese mix
° 500 ml (2 cups) shredded romaine lettuce
° 80 ml (1/3 cup) sour cream 14%

* Preparation

Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Removing white membrane & seeds. Placing bell peppers on baking tray lined with paper parchment.
Heat oliveoil in skillet on heat. Cook ground beef, scraping with a wooden spoon, for 4 to 6 minutes, until it loses its pink color.
Add the marinara sauce, taco seasoning, and the cooked rice. The mixture is boiled.
Garnish the pepper with the meat preparation. Cover it with cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
We take out from the oven and decorate the peppers with lettuce and sour cream.
