Our best whipped cream is creamy, delicious and tastes like whipped cream. Perfect when you need a cream that is a little lighter than buttercream.

° 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
° Half a cup of white sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° Half a teaspoon of almond extract
° 2 cups heavy cream

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl.
Once placed in the bowl, mix on medium speed until smooth.
While whisking the mixture, slowly pour in the heavy cream.
Stop and scrape the bottom of the bowl a few times as you continue to whisk until the cream reaches a stiff peak.
